Unless otherwise arranged, check-in time is 4:30 p.m. on Saturday of the week; check-out time is 9:30 a.m. the following Saturday.

Weekly Rates

Peak Summer:
Mid June to Labor Day
$3000 per week + tax
($175 cleaning fee)

Fall Color Season: 
Labor Day to Nov. 30
$2500 per week + tax
($175 cleaning fee)

Ski Season: 
Dec. 1 to mid March
$2250 per week + tax
($175 cleaning and $50 plowing fee)

Spring Season:
Mid March to mid June
$2000 per week + tax
($175 cleaning fee)
